Katï coffee customer service is outstanding with distinction!! After having routinely ordered from them, my latest order went to my old address, likely due to an autofill glitch on my end. We caught it with UPS but it got stuck. To avoid any delay, Katï coffee immediately sent me another bag at my correct address. Now that's customer service.

This is a very good roast! I put it through it paces. (1) fine grind, 1:10 coffee/water ratio for both Cezve & Moka Pot. In each case, I got a strong, nutty-flavor forward with complementary sweetness brew with great body. (2) medium grind 1:17 coffee/water ratio for both pour-over and immersion cone brewers. Here the resulting brews were bright, clean and more evenly balanced between nuttiness & sweetness, with a hint of chocolate in the background. Finally finished off one of the the pour-overs with ice for a cold brew: the result drinking was a muted sweetness with nutty background and quite refreshing.

Mirian is such a lovely and kind individual. The entire team takes such great care in what they do, and Mirian is genuinely interested in finding the best coffee for your taste. Every time I go in, I am welcomed with a smile and a sample of a new roast the team has brewed!

Whether it’s a pour-over or espresso-based americano, the coffees have been nothing short of fabulous. Always smooth, never bitter, with no/zero hint of char like some other national brand coffees. I regularly move from light roasts to medium roasts, with an occasional dark roast for espresso. I’ve spoken to the owner and she really knows her coffee, in fact, on my first visit she asked me how I drink my coffee in order to dial in the correct product … no that’s customer service!

Kati Coffee is amazing, not just the coffee but the people! You can tell they care so much about everyone in the community with so many partnerships with first responders and as a spouse of a first responder that means so much, but even more than that the people truly care about their customers experience and opinions on their coffee. They truly care and I love supporting a coffee business like that! ❤️
